Our Team
Founder & CEO  of Real Life School is Mr. Jaswinder Singh Randhawa (Life Coach, Active Social Change Maker & Member of Red Cross, NLP Coach ). He has remarkable achievements in education sector and professional career. Other core members of Management are  Mrs. Balbir Kaur Randhawa ( Managing Director Of Group OF Real Life Schools ) & Mrs. Rupal Walia ( Principal of GTB Nagar Branch & Academic Director of Group OF Real Life Schools ) .
All our teachers & other staff members are experienced and highly trained, continually developing new skills through our monthly training programs being organized by Real Life School a charitable organization being managed by the board of directors.

Real Life School brings a balanced approach to learning, giving you the peace of mind that your child will have fun as he or she develops socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. We help your kids to develop Fine & Gross Motor Skills. Our activities help your child in overall development.
We help your child to become confident and self-aware. In a safe and stimulating atmosphere, our caring and engaging teachers give your child multiple opportunities to grow, learn, and imagine by using all the senses to perceive the knowledge and information.
Apart from academics, other activities like playing, dancing, singing, storytelling, yoga , meditation an important role, we believe there are many other opportunities for the growth and development of your child. Each activity is designed with a specific lesson or outcome in mind.

At RLS , we believe playing time is learning time. This program is designed to adapt the curriculum to each individual child’s age and stage. Teachers in the toddler classroom promote emotional, physical, social, and intellectual development in a fun, engaging environment by targeting the changing needs of children They also present age-appropriate learning opportunities to encourage individual skills and independent choices. ai It helps nurture each individual child to build upon his or her strengths and encourages exploration of their world using paint, water, board books, and more.
Pre Nursery & Nursery
Our curriculum helps young learners grow into confident students. Our nurturing teachers focus on each individual child’s personal achievement of educational and developmental milestones.nchennaiThe program prepares children for kindergarten and beyond, with the skills and confidence needed for a lifetime of academic Success.
Day Care
Our Day Care program is open to both children who attend Play School programs in the morning and those coming from other schools. Children can explore all our learning centers and our outdoor facilities every day. Nap time, lunch, snacks, and drop and pick up times are based on individual needs.
After School Activities
Real Life School provide after school activity program for your child to stimulate & development of the whole brain of kid. Activities include the following:-

RLS was founded in 2011 by Mr. Jaswinder Randhawa  ( Founder & MD ) in Jalandhar with a passion to serve the foundation age generation and to show that quality education makes a difference, especially at age from 2 to 7 years.
Our Mission & Philosophy guide our every action. We believe in imparting real life education to the children at foundation age so that they get prepared for all the challenges of Real Life. If the kids at foundation age, are taught the real life skills like listening, communicating, thinking decision making, interpersonal & interpersonal etc. then they can perform in real life as Heroes.
